I bough some of their dark honey (not knowing it was a tree pollen honey) and it was not to my liking. It was a molasses taste which I don’t care for. I shot them an email and got a response that day and they happily exchange it for a lighter honey. It was outstanding customer service. If you see their honey at the store or farmers market give them a try. They stand by their product.
