It’s a mini-whole foods, but better prices. I come here once a week to pick up Paleo friendly foods and veggies. I love the Paleo Coconut Flakes! They also have great customer service.

To be such a cozy space, this market really has an enormous variety. Prices compete with those of Whole Foods in some items, and those of Trader Joe’s in others. Service is very attentive and friendly, often offering samples! The atmosphere at Tepuy is warm and welcoming. I also really like that they carry candles and products from local or home-based businesses, and they make their own chapstick! Nifty location allows for me to pick up anything I need without driving out to Pines!

This is a relatively new health food market in the little shopping center on Indian Trace near Rt. 84. It has a really intriguing selection of raw, organic, gluten-free foods, from teas and herbal coffees to vegan mayo, fresh cheeses, tapenade, raw cereals, flours from any source you could want, and chocolate. The person in the store today could not have been more warm and welcoming. If I lived within walking distance of this neighborhood market, I would never go anywhere else. It has an old-fashioned, hometown feel, but carries an impressive array of the foods many of us now want, and that are often really hard to find. In an area of the country where chain stores rule, this is a refreshing gem that should not be missed.
