I am having the same problem re no response to emails, voicemails, etc. Received fabric samples in November, Placed an order in December, and now they have completely disappeared. Their mailing address is actually a UPS store. Beware!

BEWARE! I was promised a refund of almost $ 1700.00 from 2 orders which were cancelled. I have called and left 7 messages. I have also emailed them. My next step is the State of Connecticut. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I don’t know if they are still in business.
