Do NOT go to NY Carpets unless you like rude and non-​responsive service. They are very happy to accommodate you when it comes to a sale but the second there is a problem you basically get ignored. They could care less about satisfying you as a client no matter how much money you spend. The manager is especially obnoxious. Do not give them your business!!! There are plenty of gracious carpets places in Fairfield County that will bend over backwards to ensure you get what you pay for. If you are remotely thinking about using them, please think again!

If I could give 0 stars I would. HOw does this place stay in business? Horrible customer service. Completely give you the runaround with price and SO MUCH more expensive than other stores I visited. Manager is AWFUL. Go down the road to the other carpet store on the Post rd in westport. SO much nicer and more helpful. Or Darien Carpet.
