Love this salon. Very clean, staff is extremely friendly and always remembers my name when I come in. Been coming here for almost 2 years and I have no complaints at all.

Clean, nice place to tan or spray tan. Workers are friendly. The problem with Palm Beach Tan is not the location but their policies. BEWARE OF SPECIALS: I purchased a special and the tanning sessions expired!!! For example I purchased 4 at a certain rate and after only using 1 (summer began), I recently went back and they expired the other 3 I paid for! I just pruchased another special and have to use everything within a month. This is difficult at times with work and spray tans lasting the way they do.
Terrible practice for paying customers! No other tanning sites I visited work with such tight deadlines and expirations. Make sure you don’t lose your money!!!

Nice place, always very clean. You can tell it’s a chain because so many people walk in and out everyday that the staff doesn’t really remember you. Doesn’t have that home tanning salon feel which I’m used to. Got a pretty good tan and a great spray tan in th few months I was there but was unhappy with the hidden fees and the ways they charged the credit cards. If you don’t let them know within a certain 4 day time span that you don’t want your membership renewed, you will be charged yet another month. They’re CONSTANTLY trying to sell you new expensive lotion and upgrade your package, but that’s a chain salon for you. They also would not let me tan at a time I wanted unless I signed a waiver which was ridiculous out of fear of law suit. In terms of tanning, you will get color. In terms of prices, you’ll also probably get ripped off. Just be careful but it is a nice place!
