Performance is THEBEST. Three years ago, I came to them for a shoulder injury and worked with Dr. Alex Shafiro. After healing, I began strength training with him and Mike. They are both EXCELLENT; they bring a great deal of knowledge, humor, and keep my workouts challenging and interesting. I lost weight, feel stronger than ever, and ran my first 5k race thanks to another great trainer Dave K (I am not a natural born runner). The entire staff is very friendly and professional. This is the top-notch place for an injury and performance training.

Todd Wilkowski comes off as a nice guy and I like him personally. Unfortunately, he is a lousy physical therapist. He cares much more about generating revenues than making his patients better! He spends virtually all of his time wining and dining doctors to get them to send patients his way. When patients actually arrive at his facilities, he almost immediately hands them off to junior people who, while nice, don’t know what they’re doing! All he cares about is the bucks. I should not that prior to moving to CT, I had seen multiple physical therapists in different states. Maybe I was just lucky but all of them really CARED about me, and about all of their patients; you could just tell that they wanted to see their patients get better. They obviously took great pride in that and gave intense ONE-ON-ONE training to back it up. Todd, on the other hand, clearly couldn’t have cared less. He just wanted to get paid. I won’t see him again, nor any of his people, not in Westport, which is where most of my therapy was, nor in Greenwich or Stamford.

Excellent facility, great customer service. Towels, water, showers are available. Resistance training, modified exercises for those in recovery, any machine you can think of. Trainers are top notch. I can’t wait to return for personal training. Haven’t tried the physical therapy service.
