Stupid me… went through the drive-thru. Had a woman with the WORST attitude taking my order. Every time I said something, she’s make this exasperated sigh. Didn’t even allow me to finish my order — cut me off mid-sentence, and… well, she just SUCKED. I’m a night owl, so there are few options open to me if I want to go out and just pick up cheap-ass fast food. But I will STARVE before I **ever** drive-thru that rudeness again. And for that, I’m giving them one star. I’ll find an alternative to that misery. If I wanted bad service and crappy food, I’d hit up the Captain D’s/KFC on the corner of Manhattan and the Westbank Expressway. Just disgusted.

Yes. I like, wait, love Taco Bell. When I am stupid drunk, there is NOTHING that soaks up beer like a run to the border. I have devoured many a bean burrito with extra cheese and volcano tacos idling in my driveway at 1am. If the JPSO or Westwego PD ever set up a DUI check point at a Taco Bell drive thru… there would be a jail overcrowding issue in an instant! I hope they never do! I often frequent this place with my kids when I dont feel like cooking. Its an easy choice and I do like it. Sometimes it takes a bit long but I have never had my order screwed up yet. It is what it is.

After the couple of bad visits,(being prompted to post the last review), and a bit of time, I ended up going back. The ordering was easy, not missing change or taco shells and such, and everything went smoothly, quick, and was correct. I’m not sure if they are under new management or what helped them to improve, but I’m not complaining– anymore, as long as there aren’t any more problems.
