I can’t believe this place has gone unreviewed!
Stopped by Saturday on way to Cape to get sandwiches. BF ended up getting dinner — easily the best, hands down, cowboy rib-​eye EVEH! Ok. So I cooked it but still… the meat and the attention to the butchering, unseen today, was amazing! So good we got more steaks on the way back. Customer service is great. You’re really missing out on something special if you’re not buying your proteins here. The local butcher shop is back :)
