well, i don’t know how to start! i went there three times, one for small catering order for the office, one for breakfast and last for lunch! i regret it! the catering was late 45 minutes and the food was cold. the other time for my breakfast, i had the egg and cheese, no taste at all! last time i run there for lunch and i had the arugula/turkey salad with the cranberry turkey flatbread, i like the sandwich but the salad had a weird taste. the service is bad, very late!

40 minutes for two boxes of coffee? This is ridiculous. This is a constant issue here where they are completely unable to make orders in a timely manner.

Ordered two sandwiches and oatmeal. The egg was overcooked and one sandwich had the end of the bread. The spoon for the oatmeal was dirty. It had a white onion from soup or something stuck. When I brought it back and showed them, he handed me a new one and said nothing. Gross!

It’s not easy to find a place to get a quick salad. There are obviously many Panera bread locations and to me, they are all pretty much the same. The only difference is some places will bring the food to your table while others you have to pick up yourself. I don’t know why they have this difference. But usually it isn’t a big deal to me either way.

Standard chain, nothing special about this one other than its brand new and close to the movie construction stages. Good coffee, good salads, LIGHT stupidity on some of the white trash working in the back but it’s pretty tame.

Service is great. Panera food is what it is. Reasonably healthy, a bit expensive, and not super exciting. If you’re looking for a culinary discovery look elsewhere. It’s a great place to take young kids when out shopping. Clean, friendly, and this place is very kid friendly. This location is a bit small for my taste. I was hoping for a fireplace. That’s why it only gets four stars.

Their customer service at the front is absolutely amazing! But I think they’re still getting the hang of making the food; they don’t make the greatest breakfast sandwiches(I only go here for breakfast). They also don’t know how to wrap their food correctly to prevent it from getting everywhere when you’re getting the food to go.

We went there for breakfast and got the Egg & Cheese on Ciabatta. This meal has no taste what so ever. I feel like I was robbed, it just was not good. I do like there other items for lunch or dinner, but I think I will skip breakfast there.

Was excited for Panera to open I go to school right around there so this was going to to be a convenient option for lunch. We got there and it was busy. Order for take out. Drove back home to Brockton and when I took my sandwich out the meat was excessively pink and sandwich was soaked with juices.
