I was with ASG and was very happy with them. Protection1 took over ASG. I called to set up an annual inspection and was told it could be done on Wednesday and that she would check with the tech and call me right back. That was at 2pm. At 4pm I called again to find out if the appt was confirmed and ended up with the office in Kansas. They left the local office a message since the only person that sets up inspections was unavailable at the local office. I called again at noon on Tuesday, was told the person was at lunch and would call me as soon as she returned. At 3pm I called again and got the Kansas office again. That person verified that yes this was my fourth call. She could not reach the person at the local office that sets up inspections after several tries. The person in Kansas sent the person in the local office an email and copied me. It is now Wednesday, no call back. When you are on hold the recording says how important customer service is to them. Well they have failed miserably. I am now looking for another monitoring service. I would not recommend them at all. Also, every time you call the local number you end up with a a person in Kansas!

A friendly and honest(something you don’t always find in a door to door sales rep) arrived at our doorstep and gave us an amazing system WITHIN our budget. Nick Peterson was helpful and straightforward with the answers to our questions and working within budget. Our installer Cody was clean and efficient. He even checked back with us when we had a glitch in the system and helped us schedule a tech.
