Hands down the worst bank in the area. Extremely rude. After waiting for 15 mins while my payroll check from my employer drawn on their bank was ‘verified’ I was then told that they could not do anything for me. Was treated very rudely and got snotty answers from all of the ‘bankers’ about how they could not verify a check. Hm I wonder how you can’t seem to find a check coming out of your bank with little to no explanation as to why. That’s not very good customer service. Pretty sure a payroll check from a nationwide corporate company is not false. Glad I’m not a customer and certainly will never ever be one.
