I ordered a bouqet of flowers for my friend from Austin’s Flowers’ website. The total came out to $ 64.00, which I felt was pricy, but I also felt like my friend was well worth it. I live in California and was having the flowers delivered to my friend in Wetumpka, Alabama. When my friend got the flowers they were not anything like the boquet I ordered and the arrangement had multiple«bald spots» with several of the flowers drooping over the sides of the vase. I think I could have done a better job going to the grocery store and throwing something in a vase myself. I called the store to tell them that I thought they had delivered the wrong arrangement and Barbara the manager assured me it was the right arrangement but she had substituted all of the flowers that were supposed to be in the arrangement according to the picture for different flowers that were«what we had in the cooler.» She was very rude and wanted to know how I knew what the arrangement looked like saying«aren’t you in California anyways?» I told her I got a picture from my friend when she got the flowers and I was not pleased. She would only refund $ 15 of my $ 65 purchase. Poor qualtiy and poor customer service DONOTUSETHISFLORIST. The grocery store does a better job!
