If you ever get to chance to make it out to the Chipotle out in the Wexford area, ask for Nikki. She made one of the best burritos I’ve ever eaten at Chipotle (I eat at various Chipotles three times a week or so). The service was superb and the food was amazing. I had a great experience here!

CRANBERRY TWP, PA

Hooked up here about 80% of the time. We drive up from Cranberry on average about 2x a week. Yep. I drive past the Cranberry location which is miles closer to me to come here. Something happened to the food quality at Cranberry location several months ago when the management changed.
This location is usually fantastic.
One exception… any time this place is out of cilantro they try and compensate with purple onion. Not a fan of excess onion.

As Chipotle is a chain, I have to rate it based on other Chipotles. This location is new, so it is nice and clean. The food was good as always. The service was extremely slow. Chipotles are known for getting large numbers of people through at busy lunch times… I would hate to see this place at a rush. There was barely anyone there when we went and both my wife and I commented on how slow this place was for a Chipotle. The location is convenient in the Wexford area.

I am a big fan of chipotle. It’s consistently good, the company is socially responsible and the price is fair. What more can you ask from a major food chain?
My only gripe with this location was the time it took from ordering your food to making your payment. The fellas taking the order are nice and courteous BUT, the speed in which they move is extremely slow. I noticed it was because the young man behind the counter was so meticulous. I know you can’t blame someone who is trying to do a good job but it was so painfully slowwww…
The management of this location might consider a bit of employee training in being expeditious because i read a few earlier Unilocal reviews and noticed this seems to be a persistent issue with this location.

5:15 pm. 14 people in line. One person working to take orders and working with a woman who had at least 4 orders. 4 people messing around with stuff on the back counter. Someone comes out but they start filling online orders rather than the present customers. 7 minutes, not one of the 14 people in line is served. Employees just keep looking at the line and keep doing whatever they are doing. They are the worst burrito wrappers as well, just worth mentioning. And I was able to write all of this while still waiting.

Great for a quick bite after work. The employees were courteous and quick, and the cashier was so gracious. Young men like him are a treasure for any business. I love that the food is as fresh as it can be. And no gmo’s.

I have never reviewed anything on Unilocal before, but my experience at Chipotle was so terrible this afternoon that I am left with no choice. Every single table in this place was covered with garbage. Employees walked by and did not even think to clean them until one employee took it upon himself to wipe tables off with his bare hands and then proceed to take out the garbage and fill up the utensils without washing his hands first. Talk about a sesspool of filth. To make matters worse, I left hungry because, although I ordered a chicken burrito bowl, I sadly received no chicken and instead was forced to eat only rice and beans. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Chipotle Wexford.

After a hot start, this location has proven to be the worst out of the entire lot. Always understaffed with a bunch from their B-Squad, they’re slow, don’t care how long the line gets, and to boot, their food is usually cold.

I like Chipotle. This one just opened. The service was good. It tasted like it should. I tried some of my wife’s guacamole. They have outside seating, which was nice. The inside seating was cramped.

Ugh… I was really disappointed by my visit — after hoping for a great experience at this new location — on a route that we frequent often!
The chicken used in the burrito is very spicy — too spicy for my wife — and barely okay for me.
The selection of add on’s is very limited– particularly versus MOE’s (in nearby Cranberry); no sauteed onions, no roasted corn…
There is no option for whole grain wrap, like you can get at… (moe’s…)
The chips are greasy and at additional expense — unlike that other place…
The quantity of food is less than that other place as well — where we often have some leftovers for a later snack…
I won’t be going back.
