Disappointed to have been led here via their currently active website as of 8÷23÷14… Site claims store is open in Wexford and still showing as an active business on google, Unilocal,etc as well.
I can’t help but find it to be very unprofessional and deceptive to not let customers know that this store has been closed and will not reopen according to the postings I physically saw today on the window. For those not living 45 min to an hour away, this may be a known fact at this point, but was not for me today. An unfortunate waste of time, and definitely not going to their other location if DFW is this shady about their active locations and financial issues.

I liked this store. I found the sales staff nice, I enjoyed the fact that they were not trying too hard to sell you something, I gave them 4 of 5 due to the lack of color options. If you are looking for something neutral and well priced, check them out.

Rude! Rude! Rude! Saleswomen would not even get up off her chair to help us and screamed prices at us from across the store. When we asked her about a certain piece of furniture and she actually
did have to get up we got attitude. Worse customer service ever! I wouldn’t get furniture from them if they were selling it for a dollar.

I give this 4.5 stars. I would have given them 5 stars except that the delivery company they use deserved 0 stars. I would definitely go back, but I’d find a way to get the furniture myself.

Horrible service! Would never go back. I got a good deal on my furniture but they messed up a few things. I went to pay off my furniture and the amount was rung up differently than what my receipt said, they never told me I would have to pay off the furniture delivery at time of delivery, never called me with the time frame even when i called them to call as soon as they knew, they gave the delivery drivers the wrong address therefore I had to give them the correct address and wait longer. They seem to just care about making the sale and getting your money. They seemed to be very unorganized. Will never recommend them or ever go back.

The poorest service I have ever received! I would not ever go back to this place. I ordered bunk beds with drawers underneath on 9÷10÷11, finally got them in November without the drawers told this was the distributor’s fault. So cancelled the drawers and still waiting for my refund today 1÷23÷12.
