I love Dunkin Doughnuts, but this place is horribly managed. Continually out of staple items like chocolate munchinks. Also, at least ½ of the staff has a surely attitude like they are doing you a huge favor by taking your order. And the drive thru misses orders routinely. Order a coffee with sugar and milk, get one with cream and no sugar. A basic attention to detail and/or care for customers is totally lacking. They have only survived because they are the only game in town(Starbucks coffee is like burnt grounds). Hopefully Tim Hortons or Caribou comes soon to provide much needed real competition.

The man who takes my drive thru order every morning never fails to make me smile. He is always upbeat and friendly, even at 6:30 in the morning. I wish I knew his name, but want to call it how fantastic he is.

I really enjoy going to this Dunkin Donuts location. Yes, from time to time they have been out of a bagel or a donut I requested but is it the end of the world? NO! They don’t make their product in house so I get that it happens. I mostly just go for a coffee before heading into work and I find them to be consistent at this location. I just wanted to address how great the customer service is at this place. You guys really do go above and beyond and that’s hard to find.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. They never have any donuts or enough people working. I am convinced they hire the most miserable rude people to work there. Lori M has waited on us several times and she is absolutely miserable and rude. Forgot to get half of our order this weekend and by even a apology. We will not go back here. Thank goodness they put a new Starbucks across the street.

I’ve tried, so hard, to like Dunkin Donuts and I just can’t get with it! I stopped here after not going to one for about 1.5 years and realized why I never go there. At least this location didn’t have as bad of service as others I’ve been too, so that’s a plus. I ordered an iced hazelnut latte. What I got tasted like burnt, crispy, marshmallows. Not very good at all, and it had so much syrup that it coated my mouth. Not good! Maybe I am ordering the wrong thing or maybe they aren’t my «cup of tea,» but either way I don’t think I will be back.

I used to take my kids here as a treat after swim or baseball practice. How a donut shop is always out of donuts is beyond me. Don’t bother asking for glazed. Apparently they don’t have them. My favorite was this morning when I asked for glazed(out for the fourth week in a row), moved to French crullers and they’re out of those too. So the big treat for my kids is their third choice of donut, again. My wife asked for a latte that was maybe 2⁄3 full. I used to think, it’s Saturday morning, I’m sure there’s been a run on donuts. I’ve come at different times and yet they’re always out. I would think someone would realize this and adjust so that the morning weekend rush customers would have their needs met. They do not. I’m done with the game. There’s a Whole Foods down the street. They have what you want plus some healthier options too.

Worst Dunkin donuts location ever! Twice their latte machine has been broken and they make no apologies or attempt to fix it in a timely manner. It’s now supposedly under new management but nothing seems to have changed. They’re out of something EVERYtime I go here – chocolate donuts etc. normal things. Go to a different location!

Hands down, the absolute WORSTDD location on planet. Constantly out of product, continuously wrong order fulfillment and slowest drive thru. Owner, manager and anyone in charge should be fired months ago. Morning drive thru girl(Mary?) is the nicest, most pleasant woman. I feel bad for her.

Got a bagel and a cofee which was about 3 bucks when I left. The coffee was pretty pricey being it was a small and I put nothing in it. The food came quick being there was only one employee working the counter. In the time that it took me to get my bagel and coffee I swear four people moved through the drive thru. Next time I’ll have to try it out being it seems fast. There is limited seating here and it seems to close early. Wish this was a 24⁄7 location.

Thank you DD Wexford for X-Large Black Coffee! And for a drive thru that moves fast! The breakfast sandwiches are also quite fantastic — bagel/egg/cheese is the go-to fave and the new panini-style egg-white is good too.

The drive through Customer Service is the absolute best at this DD location. I would love to know which hiring practices they subscribe to or if a particular person is always in charge. Either way, they know what they are doing in this regard. Especially the younger crowd they hire. Courteous, timely in making and serving orders, and just generally dolls to chat with. I especially loved the young man there last summer with a few piercings and tatts here, there and everywhere. His manners, general demeanor and bright personality fascinated me. This of course would be meaningless if my beloved Iced Latte Light, 2 Splenda, Whip Cream was not correct. And it always is at this location. Besides the Sunday paper insert coupons, savings can also be racked up here by getting a frequent customer card. Not all franchise DDs still use them. All in all, this is my fave DD in the city, although not the closest. The drive-thru line moves efficiently, the orders are correct and the Cust. Svc. is outstanding. Kudos to the higher ups for maintaining what appears to be a positive work environment.
