Took a package to ship (returning a pair of hockey skates). They weighed it and measured it and gave me a price for the shipping. I also needed a box for it. They got a box of appropriate size put my package in and taped it up (no other packing material). Price posted on the wall for the box was $ 3. When they gave me my total it seemed high, so I asked — I had been charged $ 7 for packaging services. When I complained that I could have done that myself and that it only took him 30 seconds to do it the guy told me I was paying for his «years of experience». I told him it was a ripoff and he should have told me first and he just laughed and said «hockey is expensive «.
