Ever since the guys at Pep Boys told me, back in 2004, that my car needed new struts, new shocks, and a dozen other things to resolve a persistent clicking sound, and the guys at Hesse’s proved that tightening a single screw was all that was needed, I’ve been ever faithful. Of course I should also point out that I had been taking various cars here since learning to drive in ’96.
My mother takes her car here. Her father takes his truck here. I take my car here (when in Pennsylvania). It’s an understatement to say Hesse’s is reliable.
