PA Nails

This was my first time here and decided to try out this salon because I was in the area and there wasn’t a wait. Now I know why they weren’t so busy… This was probably my worst nail experience. If you have acrylic nails do not come here. I asked for a fill and it was very messily done — when I left the nail salon I could still see my natural nail showing through, and my cuticles looked very ripped up. The gel was so sloppy that it overflowed from the nail to the skin. When they cut and shaped my nail, I told them to keep the specific shape I had before, but they ruined the shape and made it look uneven and the edges were very rough and un-​filed. The gel color selection was terrible and was not true to the actual color on the nail. I am so unhappy with my nails and feel sorry for my usual nail salon in the city for having to try and clean up this ugly mess on my nails. This was a huge waste of time and money. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

Excellent service — they didn’t rush though unlike some other places in town. Happy with the experience!
