I really like this place, owner is always very friendly and remembers us. They are very efficient, usually don’t have to wait too long. Lots of coupons in clipper magazines as well. Good prices.

I’ve had no problems with my services here. Very rarely do I wait and I’m particularly pleased that they now use the sanitary plastic liners for pedicures. There’s a nice choice of polish but I think they need to check more often for polish that is too old and needs to be thrown out.

I go every 2 weeks for a full in. I get great service but after reading some of the reviews I see what others are saying. They do cater to the regulars who they know are going to come back. I have seen the owner pull someone in the middle of a service to another person and now I get it. You get way better service if you have appointment over walk in but that is the way it should be.

Ok, my 8 year old loves mani/pedis & it is a special treat. So with school starting, I took her. We’ve been here several times & once they know I’m not getting one, they dismiss us & make us wait. Fine, I get it. You aren’t going to rush us back, but I always leave $ 5 bucks on a $ 20 dollar mani/pedi. This time, my patience was maxed. We went at 7, hoping it would not be crowded & it still was, but there were 3 nail techs just looking at us waiting for 20 minutes. I still tried to maintain my Zen, but then 3 adults come in, sans appointment, & they start waiting on them! Oh heck no! I stood up & got ready to leave & they took us back, knowing I was mad. Cold water for her, rush job & a massage on her legs that was 30 seconds. No offer of a drink, but everyone else was offered. trifling, I know, but really! If you are going to offer this & don’t want to put any effort into it, charge more & give a real experience. I still tipped, but that is the last of the money they’ll get from me. I don’t care what we asked for, we deserve basic respect & good customer service. Oh, I think I need to call Edgar Snyder for the black lung or mesothelioma or DNA mutation that I am sure we both have after breathing in paint fumes. Get some exhaust fans for future customers(which WON’T be us, lol). Too bad, because I would come back & spend money had they taken proper care if us.

BEWARE, AMY is a terrible technician. She is stubborn, Hateful, rude and does poor quality work. She seems angry and bitter. NOTIPFORHER and wont go back to the salon. I work in marketing so I am spreading the word about this horrible place. I saw them reuse pedicure implements on others without sanitization. Im reporting them to the board of cosmetology in Harrisburgh

Went to this nail salon on a whim. Have to say it was a wonderful experience. Had a pedi and the technician, Lisa, was fantastic!!! Had the milk and honey package along with the stone massage. Definitely recommend, but ask for Lisa!!!

I decided to take my daughter to get a maicure & pedicure as a treat for her 1st Holy Communion. I made appts for both of us one week ahead of time. When we got there we were put in pedicure chairs. Twice 2 women came over to start on us but we then called away by the owner to service other clients. The pedicures started out fine, leg massage, callus removal, but when they got to the buffing and filing of the nails it was like a quick once over. Then quick polish and off to manicure. The manicure was even worse! I had to show her the rough edges she made at the top of my nails when she did the quick filing with a very abrasive file. She did file them down then a quick polish and I was sent to the dryer. Granted, I only get a manicure or pedicure every couple of months but this was definitely one of the worst that I have received. I will not be going back here again!

This is my favorite nail salon in the area. I’m not a regular nail customer, but the owners are extremely friendly, helpful and eager to please. The staff does a great job with both pedicures and manicures. Unique Nails is reasonably priced compared to other nail salons in the area.

Unless you have time to waste don’t bother going here! I consider myself a regular customer(biweekly for nail service); going for about the last 4 ½ months but today I was totally dismissed!!! I have made appointments and still waited over 20 minutes past my appointment time TWICE — today I was a walk-in and treated shabbily to say the least! Right in the middle of my nail service I was LEFT by the nail technician! She told me she had to go paint a 4 year old girl’s nails because her mom is a regular customer and having a pedicure on the other side of the salon! I was told by the same technician«She(the mom) spends a lot of $$ here!!! That was her reason for leaving me and going to this little girl. OK I only go biweekly and have my nails done so it is not a full blown spa experience every time but I DO spend $$ there on a REGULAR business — so if you are NOT already a regular do NOT bother unless you have all day to waste waiting to get service!!!
