Ziebart

I recently brought my Bmw to Ziebart to have the windows tinted. Upon picking it up I noticed two deep razor cuts in my windows. The manager tried telling me that they didn’t do it and basically just called me a liar. They caused over $ 1000 in damage to my vehicle and won’t take responsibility for what they did. I even have before and after pictures to prove they did this to my car. They were extremely unprofessional about this matter. It’s sad that some places just don’t see the benefit of customer happiness and pride in workmanship. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.
Update: August 27^th 2014
The tint on my driver side window has started to peel off because they failed to cut it down far enough below the window seal. Every time I roll the window down it pulls the tint off.
