Shopping for flooring, the salesperson was nice enough to get me some prices on an item that was hard to get information about. after a few calls he did come back to me with one of the best prices I found but then before I had the chance to even consider making a purchase he expressed his displeasure with the size of the job and how he had already ‘wasted his time looking for prices’ for me and could not waste anymore time on it, way to kill a sale, man.
We are talking about probably a $ 2000+ purchase of materials here, so while not a goldmine, certainly not a waste of time either. He then proceeded to basically hang up on me. The whole thing was very unprofessional and unnecessary, and I had been nothing but polite and genuinely seeking information trying to buy materials. Some people should just not be in the sales field at all.
There is no way I would give that kind of *** my business, a little common decency goes a long way.

I was price shopping for tile for our shower renovation and it turns out they carry the same tile I needed that another place quoted double for. I actually upgraded my tile choice because their prices were so much better than Tile International (where I previously bought tile from). Additionally, the customer service and lead time was way better too! It was also half the price for the marble shower jamb and pebble shower floor upgrades. With a huge house that needs renovation over the next year, I will be visiting Ed a LOT for tile purchases.
