I just went there and the teller almost lost $ 500 of my money. I was making a cash deposit of $ 17,000.00. $ 16,500 was in $ 100 bills and $ 500 was in $ 20 bills. I handed her the envelope and she took the money out of it herself. Then she walked over to the machine and after a moment told me there was only $ 16,500 and handed it back to me. After checking my entire car, my pockets, retracing my steps and my entire day I came back in. She lifted up her keyboard and some papers and simply told me she didn’t have. So I went back out and checked everything again and again. I knew that I had a stack of $ 20 bills but they weren’t part of the cash she handed back to me. I went back in and this time there were managers with her. After waiting for her to finish taking another 3 – 4 customers they finally made her close her station and count everything in her drawer. All of sudden they found the $ 500! CARELESS! If i hadn’t stuck to my guns I would have lost $ 500 today. After all of that all I got was a «Sorry». This is only my second day as a customer and already such big problems. Bank of America is going to have to work hard to keep me.

They are closing a of their drive thru’s forcing you to go inside to make deposits. This is incredibly hard with two children. They want to cut staff to have everything go electronic but this is a huge sacrifice and makes customer satisfaction low. They need to reconsider! I don’t want to electronically deposit my checks bc I need a receipt to get paid.
