Burger King

My boyfriend got food poising from here !!! Such a shame it’s one of the few bk around the area, I never go here but he’ll never ever come back again after what happened. Totally disgusting

I actually went to a Burger King one time, the one in Saugus, MA and they said they were out of burgers. No Joke! The guy at the drive through asked me if I wanted chicken nuggets but I just left. That’s one of the reasons I don’t like Burger King to this day.
Over all, this Burger King is fine. Judging that Burger King is fast food, and is kinda dirty (and I don’t really complain about that at a fast food joint) I’ll give it a solid 3 stars.

So apparently this bk has decided ketchup, mustard and pickles do not come on their cheeseburgers. Second time in two visits over two months apart…

I had to get the kids dinner. Two picked Burger King, the other my son, picked McDonalds. Ok, it was years since I’d been here last, perhaps things have changed for the better, so I gave it another chance. Walked in the door, nope same drabby place. Panelling missing in the ceiling, wainscoting nasty full of screws. Caulking coming off the wall. This place needs a major overhaul. We stood looking at the menu until a rather frustrated worker came over which was amazing because there was only one customer excluding the drive through. I just laughed because it really hasn’t changed. I said there were no more straws. She handed me skinny straws, that’s all we have. That wasn’t happening with a shake! Fries used to be crispy. No more, just mediocre. I’ll give it one star for the Oreo Shake, they are unique and better than mcdonalds. My son says: The fries were good the first time but this time they weren’t that good and crispy.
The reviews here are spot on. The counter help is brutal. It’s way past time for renovations. No wonder Wendy’s is #2 now. Trust your instincts, AVOID.

This store has dirty people that work there. They are VERY slow. They screw every thing up. Dont go there.

Convenient location is a poor excuse, however…
Occasionally we go to this Burger King with the coupons we get in the mail. Their food is not up to Burger King standards. Recently, we arrived to find a sign on the door that they were completely out of Fries and tomatoes. HUH? Tomatoes for the sandwiches is one thing, but Fries are one of their staples. They might just have been out of hamburgers too… and closed up for the night. We went down the street to McD’s.

I don’t frequent fast food places. However when you have a craving or you are taking someone else Burger King is a good choice. However, this location’s drive-​thru is soooo slow. Like 20 minutes for a small fry and Icee. Ridiculous. Go to the McDonalds drive-​thru three minutes down the road. After all isn’t this FAST food. Not so much. Actually. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, they hand me a coke Icee and said they were out of the cherry. Then they give me Satisfries. Not what I ordered. No sorry about that or anything. Come on.

This Burger King should be shut down. I have been stupidly coming here every few months or so for about 5 years. They change employees so often here, there is a brand new staff every few months. The constant change of staff puts false hope in my mind that the food will improve. It never does.
The food here is always dry. BK recipes call for a certain amount of condiments to be used in each sandwich. This particular location is notorious for using a lot less than the recipe calls for with mayo and sauces. This leaves any chicken sandwiches and burgers extra dry and nearly inedible.
When it comes to getting an order placed correctly, this location fails in this seemingly simple task. For example, if I order 6 things, there will always be either 1 missing from the receipt, the receipt will be correct but the wrong item in the bag, or something just plain missing from the bag.
There is really no good aspect to this particular BK location. Stay away. It is the worst in the state. Why I keep coming here on occasion is beyond me.
