I’m surprised no one’s left a review for this landlord yet. I only lived in Weymouth for a year after a quick job placement. This is probably one of the nicest apartment complexes in the area. Frank, the owner, takes great pride in his building, and is very respectful towards his clients/​tenants. He is serious about background checks, which I think benefits the entire complex. The grounds and parking area are maintained really well, maintenance issues were always promptly and successfully resolved, and the apartments themselves are nice, sturdy, and quiet. During the big snowstorm of last year, my car was nicely dug out by the next day, with the assistance of Frank’s one-​man mini plow. Overall, just a really professional place here, and Frank is one of the nicest landlord’s I’ve ever had. He also returned my security deposit within 2 weeks of my moving out, which is almost unheard of. Definitely recommend.
