This review is not specifically for the doctor’s services, but for the office staff namely the business manager Toula whom I learned is the doctor’s wife (how unprofessional is that by the way?) I received a bill for a procedure I had recently, for which I fully intend to pay, but I was charged additionally for an exam that did not happen. They were literally trying to charge me for an exam that did not occur! I don’t know if they are running a scam by double billing insurance and patients or it was a legitimate mistake, but based on Toula’s reaction, it was the former. She actually accused me of lying and said because it was in the notes, that it happened. It was almost a comical conversation. She could have handled it very differently by simply saying she would speak to the doctor, sort it out, and call me back. Instead, she took it to an unprofessional level, and said that she didn’t «appreciate» me? Appreciate what? Standing up for the fact that they are billing me for a service they did not provide? When I asked to speak with the doctor to clarify that this exam did not happen she said that I can’t, lol. Wow, lots of crazy going on there. I’ve never been treated like this by medical office staff in my life. I can honestly say she is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever met, and incredibly rude.
