I actually go here all the time and have never had an issue. I get my hair styled, colored and foil as well as my brows waxed. I have had nothing but great experiences at this salon. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I went here a couple of times for haircuts and foils. It was overpriced and my hair didn’t come out great, I stopped going when I made an appointment specifically with one stylist and when I showed up for my appointment to get my hair blown out before my shower she said, sorry im so behind… is it ok if someone else does your hair? My hair would have come out better if I just blew it dry myself at home, and saved myself $ 50. The stylists also pushed their products (Shampoo, conditioner, styling tools) really hard even when I said I had products at home that I was happy with.
Overall, really not a fan of this place. And their prices are different every time you visit. This is Braintree not Newbury St., they need to lower their prices, improve organization/​customer service, and stop pushing their products so hard. I wont be back.

I met Kai 2 years ago when I came out of stay at home Mom mode and back into the workforce. I have followed him from another salon and people actually started complimenting my hair, even my Newbury St. Salon Client. He is not only an awesome, honest hairstylist, but he has a charm and wit that makes the time fly. I started taking my daughter to him (she’s 6) and people are always commenting on how nice her cut is. He makes us both feel special and look our best. My biggest fear is that he moves back to Hawaii – I’d go into mourning!
