I’ve been driving by this place for over 20 years and it has always stood out to me because of the sign saying «sweetheart roses $ 3.99» which has gone up a bit in that 20 years but still stands out to me. I recently had to buy a corsage for my
Sons prom and wanted to use a local florist in my town but, because of bad hours I ended up at here. Funny after all these years. Long story short it’s a great place and they did a great job. I even went back a year later and got the same results. I guess the sign that drew my attention for so many years, was calling out to me… Before I even had kids to buy prom flowers for.

Apparently their computer does not work and they are unable to deliver flowers ordered for a funeral. The order was sent via FTD. Hartstone’s manager said they saw the order on the computer but it never printed And they never did a thing about it. Use another florist!!!

My husband and I have been coming to Hartstone for years! They are right near his parents’ house and have always been very impressed. We recently used them for our wedding bouquets and I cannot say enough nice things about Erica and Bob. They listened to everything I had to say and they were very consultative about what flowers may work best. Our centerpieces were included with our venue package and by choosing Hartstone not only did we save money but we worked with such nice people. One extremely nice thing that they did was to help us with our card box. They put beautiful ribbons on the card box that matched the ribbon on the bouquets which made the card box look stunning. I would absolutely recommend them for anything!

Appalled to walk into my Mother in law’s wake to find that the 2 flower arrangements I ordered (spent $ 250.00) hadn’t been delivered yet. Florist had full 3 days to prepare. They did arrive, so late that the funeral people had to rearrange everything around the casket while we watched to fit them in. I would never EVER use this place again. Got a half hearted apology from them when I called to ask where the flowers were. AWFUL unprofessional, and discourteous.

Been coming to Hartstones as long as I can remember… I often stop by on the way to my Dads coming down 18 just to get a fresh bouquet… They always just make somthing up for me right on the spot… Love them there…
Fairly priced, good selection & everyone is always super nice & friendly…
I have read all the other reviews & can tell you I always just walk in & tell them give me $ 20 worth of stuff… and maybe sometimes I over pay but they are usually a really pretty assortment.

Rip off. Quoted me one thing and delived another. Called back and was told someone would get right back to me. Nope, hoped I would go away. Old man is interested in only $$ and not a happy customer. I will never go back! Its all my fault as I was warned by friends that they suck. And they do!

Okay selection. Nothing really stood out. Prices were also very high. I had just come from Seone’s down the street so it was definitely over shadowed but I was definitely unimpressed by the prices.
