I found the Cake Lady on line. I was looking for a bakery that would make a large cake for my mother’s 90th birthday party. When I called and spoke to Maureen, she was friendly, helpful and TOTALLY UNDERSTOOD MY VISION of putting a family tree on the cake to show over 40 children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
The cake looked AMAZING! It was the hit of the party.
I highly recommend THE CAKE LADY.

UGH. I dont know what to make of my experience. We opted for a non traditional wedding cake, so ours was shaped like an island. It was just ‘ok’ looking. It was just ‘ok’ tasting and the cake lady was pissy with me about getting lost — one hour late and THEN decides to call me to say she is lost. Then hangs up on me when her payment has been left with the bartender because she is late. And, she snapped at my caterer! You be the judge???
Cake did not blow me away, however my guests really enjoyed it.
Attitude — piss poor.
