Great Experience today with Appliance Expert. Called in the morning, arranged appt. for same afternoon, Todd asked me on the phone make/​model and what was happening with the dishwasher. When he came a few hours later he had already picked up the part he thought was faulty and the whole repair was done quickly the first time. Less than an hour after he showed up, my dishwasher is running perfectly! Wish everyone was so efficient and easy to work with!

All of the previous reviews are true — Todd provides awesome service at a fair price. We used him a couple of years ago and again yesterday. Our front-​loading washer would not completely drain and start the spin cycle. I feared that something major had failed, but Todd found that a small sock had made its way to the pump and clogged it. He cleared the pump, and now it’s working fine. Todd is prompt, professional, courteous, friendly, and fair. He will definitely continue to be the only repairman we call for appliance repairs in the future!

After our refrigerator started gushing water everywhere, I shut the water off and called Todd based on his excellent Unilocal reviews. He was able to come two hours later and fixed everything thoroughly at a reasonable price. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again.

The pump became clogged on my washing machine and Todd came to the rescue! He fit me in the same day, was efficient, and friendly. I was very impressed with his skills. He went above and beyond… bringing in a shop vacuum to get the extra fuzz that clogged the pump. He even brought his own towels to absorb the water and keep it off my floor. I highly recommend Todd!

I called and Todd asked me a few questions regarding the issues. He said worst case scenario would be the motor which he quoted me over the phone. He was at my house within 45 minutes and diagnosed my problem. It wasn’t the motor, but a clip holding the motor down was bent. He fixed it and charged a very reasonable price.

Just absolutely amazing.
Had four appliances repaired in one day, one of which had suffered a near catastrophic failure. As more damage from the failure was uncovered, he ended up having to go to the appliance parts distributor three times, yet still was able to repair all four appliances on the same day! And the final bill ended up being the equivalent of only repairing two appliances!

Todd is great. I called him in the morning and he was out at our house that afternoon to fix 3 separate issues. Two of our range burners were not working (he fixed the switches), our ice maker was not working (he replaced the ice maker and found some other issues with the frig that was causing it to overheat) and he fixed our dishwasher (needed a thermal fuse replacement). All in a day, with an estimate that he stuck with that was very reasonable. I am so pleased to have found Todd. We will call him right away next time we need something looked at or fixed.

Todd came over very promptly and did an excellent job for a reasonable price. All together he fixed three issues with my JennAir refrigerator — a leaking water line, freezer drain issue, and ice maker issue. He was friendly, very professional, had all the right tools, and was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company!

Prior to the scheduled visit, Todd got the model number of the fridge and had parts purchased and ready. Todd arrived when he said he would. Todd was very professional and polite. He got the job done for the price he said it would cost and the price was reasonable.

Todd was super knowledgable and saved me a bunch of money. I was told over the phone by another repair shop that they don’t even like to repair my kind of top washer — maytag centennial — and I should just buy a refurbished one from them. Todd said he thought it was reparable. He came out and found a garment clogging the pump. It was $ 139. Very reasonable.

Our dryer decided to start making a horrible screeching noise the same weekend that our house went on the market. We obviously needed to get it fixed ASAP.
We called Appliance Expert at 8:30 on a Monday morning and Todd was at our house within an hour to replace a roller at a price lower than we expected. My husband had called two other companies before this, but they had both tried to book us a week out. If there’s a next time, Appliance Expert will be our first call!

Todd was awesome! He quickly responded to my initial phone call and was accommodating to my schedule. He was right on time for my scheduled appointment and quickly diagnosed (and fixed) the problem with my (very old) washing machine. He was also very reasonably priced. I highly recommend.

Todd actually never even saw my leaky dishwasher. I told him the issue, and that I had purchased x, y, and z parts to try. He said the one part was probably all I needed, encouraged me to give the repair a try as it really is a simple five minute fix, and was exactly right. Less than 30 minutes later, my dishwasher is repaired and running, and with the help of a professional I managed it for less than 20 bucks.

Solid work, and a fair price for what I needed repaired. Todd responded very quickly, and arrived at my house on time. He actually couldn’t initially diagnose the issues with my fridge so he took some pictures of it and conferred with someone back at the office I guess? Anyway, he got back to me just a couple of hours later saying he had diagnosed the problem and could be back in 30 minutes! When you have a warm, toasty fridge, promptness is an excellent quality!
Service repair stuff can be scary because there are so many corrupt repairmen out there. Just call Todd, make your life simpler, you won’t regret it.

I had a freezer in my garage that quit working (won’t go into details here about the cleanup involved!). I’ve used several other appliance repair services, but hadn’t found one I really liked. Doing searches on Unilocal!and Google, I came across Todd with Appliance Expert and his rave reviews. I called and HE answered the phone. He came to my house to diagnose the problem that SAME DAY, and he even returned later that same day to complete the repair! I even asked him if he could do another additional fix on a dishwasher while he was here, and he got that done too :)
I’ve learned through experience that appliance repair is never cheap, but this is the first time I feel I actually approached getting my monies worth. GREAT customer service by a small business owner who is passionate and knowledgeable about the work he does.
