We are a mom /pop shop and use our computers 12 hours a day, every day. If we are offline, we are dead in the water. Like zillions of other small businesses, we have the normal IT needs, but can’t afford to keep someone on retainer full time. We have called on Aspire for emergency repairs as well as bringing new equipment on-line(non-pannic mode) and they have always nailed it. Example: my old Dell laptop which I have beaten to death was ready to take a dump so we got a tower system to replace it. We scheduled to have a tech come over, the estimate for the work was three hours. He arrived on time, imaged the old drive and moved everything over to the new machine — took care of all the unexpected glitches and buttoned everything up without any input from my end: total time billed 3.25 hours. When I booted up the new machine, everything was flawless, I had to replace one settings file for Lightroom which I scrounged from my Carbonite backup — total time investment five-minutes. When Aspire fixes something it’s fixed — we have not had to make any ‘midnight freak-out followup calls’ to anything they have done for us. Aspire is a well run enterprise from top to bottom. If you can get them to service your account you will be in good hands.

We are a $ 30MM locally owned construction company with 50+ users. We have been using Aspire since July 2011 without fail. Aspire is responsive and has been able to resolve most issues on the first visit.
