I buy all my dogs’ food and treats here. I’ve searched in several organic-​, holistic-​type pet supply stores and Cosmos is the first to have an excellent, wide selection of grain-​free dog food. The owners are knowledgeable about all the brands too and gave me suggestions based on my dogs’ allergies. Their bakery goods are healthy and make excellent gifts. However, I didn’t give them 5 stars because occasionally I’ll come in when the owners are out and only a young woman is working. She always seems bored, doesn’t make much of an effort, giving me the impression that she doesn’t care if I’m there. Otherwise, I highly recommend this neighborhood small business.

Great store with only «made in America» treats and pet foods. I love that. And of course they have the silly stuff we use to announce to the world what a great dog or cat mom we are, like the people we know don’t already know that. Sis had her eye on the «Got Dog» coffee cup, and of course I had to get it for her before I left town! I also tried one of the star dog cookies, and though it wasn’t very sweet (a good thing), it was molasses tasty. If my furry babies had been with me, I would have definitely gotten them some goodies. As it was I got some dried sweet potato chews to give them when I got home.

Cosmo’s has a nice selection of food, treats and supplies for the furry friends. Hands down the best customer service I’ve received at a pet store. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and generous with useful advice! They even had a great sense of humor when they discovered my dog trying to shoplift treats on our way out the door. I will happily return (if they’ll have us back)!

I used to come here for my dog’s food before I realized that Pets N Stuff sold it and that was close to home. The owner is so helpful and nice. When my dog was having odd food allergies, he helped me find a brand of food that that the dog might tolerate better. It worked and we’ve stuck to the same brand for over 2 years now! This place is cool and has a nice selection of toys, etc. for being a small shop. Can’t go wrong!

AWESOME customer service. I went in looking to get some new cat food. Instead of helping me pick one right on the spot, I was given about 10 samples and told to try them out and come back. Once I figured out what my cats liked, I went back and got a bag of food. (FYI: They only carry organic or grain-​free cat food so it’s a little pricey — no Iams or Science Diet here!) The owner ordered another type of food for me in a smaller bag that she normally doesn’t carry in case my cats didn’t take to the food we selected. Not only that, I was also given free samples of treats on my way out the door. Great owners and great customer service.

These guys had a booth at a Dumb Friends League event earlier this year and they were giving away cake to the dogs. My dog, who is normally extremely picky about food and shy around strangers, ate a whole piece of cake straight out of the owner’s hand. When we passed by a second time on our walk back to the car, he PULLED me up to the table and ate all the cake from her again. He l-​o-​v-​e-​d it.

This place is great, the owner (I forget her name!) is always terribly sweet and helpful whenever I come in. My mother mostly shops here because it’s close to where she lives (I tend to frequent Zen Dog cause it’s cheaper and closer to me)… but whenever I’m in the area I stop in and get some super customer service. Prices aren’t bad either (for a Pet Botique, that is). Awesome selection of foods, leashes and apparel and whatnot… and there’s some sweet kitties who live here, too!

I was looking to buy something special for my blind cripple girl’s 13th birthday. Cosmo’s was recommended as a good place to get a doggie cake. I have it in my fridge now, and it looks so yummy, I wanna eat it myself! I like that it’s soft, like carrot cake, so my girl’s old teeth won’t struggle (most doggie cakes have a consistency of a cookie). I guess it’s made of all human ingredients, honey, carob, and it’s decorated with peanut butter cookies. I am very pleased!
They need a 24-​hour notice for a cake order, and it ain’t cheap, $ 22.
The rest of the store is your typical doggie boutique. It has all the standard cute stuff, and also sells premium food. The prices are competitive.
PS The cake was a smashing success! My girl loved it, frosting and all, and so did the other two monsters.
