I needed a home inspection done quickly in the mountains (Bailey) in order to stay on track with my home purchase. Jeff was able to accommodate my tight schedule and did a thorough job on the inspection itself. He made certain to confirm my appointment, and he gave me the rates upfront, which were consistent with what he charged me.
Jeff went point by point through the house and explained everything he was doing, taking photographs and documenting throughout. The report I received the next day included photographs and detailed notes about everything he found. He also promptly returned the radon test results as soon as he got them.
I would highly recommend Jeff and his business to anyone who needs an inspection and especially to a first-​time homebuyer. His inspection has given us peace of mind and the ability to move forward with our transaction in a timely manner. Five stars well deserved.
