Had the most amazing experience at mattress firm tonight. Marc was awesome and they are going to be able to get my mattress the day we move into our house. Could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place.

My wife and I had a great experience shopping for our new mattress with Mark. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. As well as patient while we tested bed after bed(8 in total) trying to make our decision. Be sure to ask for him.

Our mattress shopping experience was fantastic. There were many sales and it seemed we were able to take advantage of all of them. Mark was very helpful and knew exactly which bed I needed. I would recommend this store for anyone.

At this point we are extremely upset with the delivery service from Mattress Firm. We bought a new mattress this Sunday morning and got it scheduled to be delivered for same day. When the drivers arrived they initially appeared to be courtesy and professional. By the time they left and we had taken a second look at the mattress this initial observation was proven to be completely erroneous. First while they were removing our old mattress they took a chunk of dry wall from the ceiling that was about 3″ long and covered a corner, at the same time they left a long black mark on the ceiling. This was because they were obviously rushing to get the old mattress out. My wife immediately asked them to be more careful of the drywall and they were when they brought in the new mattress and box springs. After they left my wife was getting ready to put sheets on the bed and noticed on the edge of the mattress what appeared to be several spots of blood. We looked around and found another area with blood stains. Given the locations they appear to be from the hands of one of the drivers. This has us both livid and it totally unacceptable. My wife called the store we bought the new mattress from and had a very firm discussion with the manager. At this point the manager does appear to be willing to work with us, first getting the contaminated mattress out of our home. Second by offering an upgrade to another in stock mattress. Given that we checked out the majority of the mattresses at the store, we are going to have to go back in and make sure the offered style of mattress is what we want. My wife is going to have to go in late to work and lose pay to verify the offered mattress. During the conversation with the manager he also mentioned that there is an insurance process that we can file to fix the dry wall damage from the drivers. We both agreed that the drivers should have informed us of this process when they damaged the dry wall and were asked to take care of our home. Lastly the mattress and box springs are supposed to be removed from our home tonight, due to the negligence of the drivers we laid tarps down in our garage and moved the mattress and box springs there as we are unwilling to have those drivers in our home. At this point we do not have a mattress to sleep on for at least one night, and possibly more nights as this situation is resolved. We have dry wall damage that will have to be repaired, again likely costing us time and hours at work. With the manager working with us we are hopefully this will be resolved, but a biohazard situation in our home is not something we can easily dismiss.

Sales staff was friendly and knowledgeable. No high pressure. 3 different levels of financing. Get deals bought a$ 3000 mattress set for $ 1000!
