If you want to see a doctor who cares and a staff that makes you feel welcome this is not the place to go. The staff rushed me in and out, I felt more like a quick way to make some money than a patient. They seemed to be trying to see as many people as humanly possible, while the entire time the staff was openly complaining about how they couldn’t use the office computer system properly. When it came time to see the doctor he gave me about 60 seconds of his time and was back out, the nurse ended up doing 99 percent of the visit. At the end of the visit I had a question about billing and the staff said they could not help and to contact my insurance provider. I was having some lab work done on a mole and the staff said they would get back to me in two weeks or less, after two weeks I had heard nothing back, I had to call to get results which they had for the last week but neglected to notify me of. This office dropped the ball every step of the way, don’t waste your time go to a real professional who really cares about your health.

should have written this a year ago but just re-​read my review. I did return for the so called surgical extraction of my meila. The girls at the front desk had originally told me that a razor blade type thing would be used but when I went in the esthetician said no, there’s no such procedure like that. She told me she was of the understanding I was there for a facial. I was like NO, if I wanted a facial I’d go to a nice spa not a dr’s office with bright obnoxious lights! And I’m certainly not going to pay twice as much to have her do it! She seemed «put out» and was almost as rude as Dr Packer. I told her I was upset I was given incorrect information by the girls at the desk who told me SHE performed that procedure. I will never return. And if I end up with skin cancer from the mole on my back the dr didn’t even look at I’m asking you all for witnesses in my lawsuit.
