This is a nice little park located on the west side of Kipling, between approximately 27th and 29th. The first time I had taken my son here, they had old playground equipment. Over the fall/winter, they have changed it out, which has definitely been for the better. The playground area is small, but my kids had a great time. The signs on the equipment states that they are designed for kids between 5 – 12 years. My nearly 3 year old didn’t have any problems navigating it, except for a small tube bridge. There are a couple of swings on the play area. There are restroom facilities by the playground, but I think they were still closed. There’s a field with faint lines and goal posts at the ends, which is between the playground and Kipling. There is also a basketball platform by the playground. Next to the playground and the field, there is a covered pavilion with BBQ stands. All in all, this is a nice park to take the kids so they can let out their energy for a few minutes. The family we met while there was very nice, too. We’ll be back.
