These are good guys and they’re nice too. That is rare sometimes because I’ve been to ranges where the guys are total jerks. Tip: pay for a year’s worth of sessions, get a punch card, and they will let you make reservations. Otherwise, it is first come, first served. They only have four lanes, so you could wait a while. The cool thing is that they have a rifle range and you can fire assault rifles.

I don’t know how a gun range pulls off the small-and-intimate feel, but this joint does. There are only 5 or so lanes, and a crowd can form quick, but the waiting area is comfy enough and lanes are reserved by the hour, so the gentlemen here stay on top of lettin’ you know when you go in and shoot. Our man was super patient, and an excellent instructor– he gave us a quick rundown off how to load and handle the weapon. Was not pedantic or condescending at all(which I’ve found, generally speaking, is difficult for most experts in any given field). Two guns and two boxes of ammo on one lane between she-beaux, her besty, and I ran about $ 140. Solid. p. s. I give a mean haircut with a .22, and she-beaux can basically shoot the eyeball out of a flying eagle. Swoon!

I just want to start off with more places should have customers service like this place! Jimmy and Mike were very helpful and made us feel very welcomed. I’m a 28 year old female who had never even touched a gun. I felt so comfortable did not make me feel like it was a man only environment. It was a wonderful experience for both my son and I, who were first timers. They were so generous will definitely be coming back…

Demand exceeds capacity during peak hours so expect to wait a while on the weekends. The staff is great and helpful. I’ve purchased the membership card twice and do not regret it. The benefits expire after a year, but the range punches never expire. I use these guys for FFL services and never had an issue. I’ve also taken the CCW which was well done by Manny. I’ve down to some pretentious people who have a poor opinion of the place, but I think it has everything you need. I recommend Silver Bullet Shooting Range to everyone.

Brought someone here for their very first shooting experience. I would have preferred a little better instruction for the newbie, but other than that this range is very solid. If you’re an experienced shooter you’ll have no problems. $ 120 for two people after all was said and done.

The staff is very nice and the price for range time is comparable to other local indoor ranges. We got there right at 10am when they opened and didn’t have to wait fora lane. There are only 5 lanes. Do not buy ammunition there, it is a huge rip off, I purchased 45 mm and .357 and it cost double-triple what it would have from a retail store. Otherwise was a good experience, clean, no frills place to shoot.

My first experience with shooting indoors in CO was at BluCore which is a great facility in its own right but the place is a zoo which led me to try and find a range closer to my home. In walks Silver Bullet. I have been going now almost every Sunday morning since I found them. It’s small, sure, but the fellas that work there are personable but get down to business because they know how much you want to get on your lane and start enjoying yourself. Prices are absolutely comparable and what this range lacks in flash, they make up for by letting you shoot a really wide variety of guns which makes things even more fun. I can bring a number of weapons here and use them all which is great! If you want a range with a lot of bells and whistles, Silver Bullet may not be for you. If you want a no-nonsense place to shoot, staffed with friendly folks, that has all the things you need for a good time on the range, Silver Bullet is definitely the place! Happy to recommend this range to anyone regardless of skill level. You’ll be well taken care of here.

I visited this range as a first time shooter with an experienced friend. The staff were welcoming and not at all intimidating. We had a bit of a wait, but we got in a bit more than an hour of shooting time, and it was a super pleasant experience. A couple weeks later, I chose to take my CCW course here, as they are one of very few who have a very open schedule. Because of their flexibility, I got to choose my times, and I received one-on-one instruction from a friendly, knowledgeable guy named Jimmy. I don’t know ANY other place around who’ll offer one-on-one for less than an arm and a leg, if at all. The course ran three sessions, and I probably invested about 5 hours of total time and consider it a worthwhile investment. As a first-timer, I needed a lot of guidance, and I got all I needed to more than pass my test and leave feeling comfortable with preparing to concleaed carry. It’s quite far away from where I live, but I’ll definitely return because of the positive experiences I’ve had there.

My friend and I had a great experience at the Silver Bullet. We met Russ who was friendly and gave us a crash course about handling and shooting a Smith and Wesson M&P 9 mm. Between my friend and I we paid about $ 45 each to use a firing lane, rent a handgun, two boxes of ammo and 2 paper targets. We were there a little over an hour. There are 5 lanes and when we went we did not have to wait. As we were leaving around 5:30ish pm more people started to show up. It is a nice facility and we had an excellent time!

If you are looking for an indoor range that offers great service and a good membership Silver Bullet is the way to go. I’ve shot in every indoor range in the Denver area and none can compare when it comes to friendly service. In my experience, most of the other ranges make you feel unwelcome or as if your patronage is expendable and this type of attitude is a major turnoff. This is definitely not the case as the guys at Silver Bullet have always been super nice and happy to have my business. I’ve even joined as a gold member and it has been a great investment. It being a smaller range, there can sometimes be a wait but it is definitely worth it and if you get gold membership you can call and reserve a lane! Great value! Also no other range offers a membership with these types perks.

My buddy gave my wife and I a concealed weapons course as a gift, and because my wife was pregnant we decided to wait to take the course. Evidently, they don’t honor gift certificates after a year, but didn’t bother to share that with anyone until we decided to try and schedule our course. Won’t refund his money either. Real nice.

I have always enjoyed shooting at Silver Bullet. They have five lanes, so sometimes you have to wait around for one to open up. I like that they have a membership and lady’s night as well. Prices are comparable to other ranges in the area. They don’t have much of a selection for purchase, so I wouldn’t go to them for a new gun, but I would recommend them otherwise.

Although the guy behind the counter was friendly, this place needs to hold their«classes» after hours or not during peak range time when customers are walking in looking to rent a lane. There was a 4 hour wait so we left to go somewhere else.

Loved this place. We had a blast. The staff was patient and helpful with us. They gave very clear instructions(we were total amateurs) and helped us select the correct guns and safety equipment. The price was acceptable as well. I’ll be back!

Not only is this place expensive, the backstop sucks. I was hit in the arm(nice little gouge) chest(bruise) and leg by debris. I had literally shot three magazines and was busy reloading when I was hit. Not only was the owner/manager unconcerned, he also requested I pay since I did sign a waiver. So I paid $ 17 for 10 minutes of range time two bruises and one cut. Oh and the owner actually said«it happens all the time.» Not to me it doesn’t.

This shooting range is pretty small and you can easily get hit by the next guy’s shells and they will litter into your standing area. There’s 5 lanes. The service was pretty respectful though I came in wearing a floofy skirt so they were kind of set off by that. But when I asked for a different pair of glasses since the ones they gave me were all scratched right in front of the view, they were joking around and nice about it. It’s $ 16/hr and if you want target paper it’s $ 1 each and if you want bullets… you can see how it adds up. But apparently they have pretty good membership deals. The parking lot is small and awkward so don’t drive a huge car.

I’ve been to this range twice. Both times the staff was friendly and helpful. I wish they offered some sort of weekday deal, although $ 16/hr isn’t too bad I suppose. Just to reiterate what another reviewer said, there are only 5 lanes at The Silver Bullet. If your only time to shoot is on the weekends, be prepared to wait.

December 27th2008 — Day 1: Today I visited The Silver Bullet Shooting Range accomponied by my friend, and a large pile of guns and ammo. This little«gem in the wall» is up by Highlands. Clientelle was ok and courteous. No creepy folks. The staff was nice and friendly. I felt like I was in an old Greyhound terminal while I was waiting for an open lane. There was a gun show in town that weekend which drove up the wait time to 30 minutes. A little dusty and dirty but not bad. Another patron complemented the owner/manager that he really enjoyed the quality of the range as he left. Customers appeared content. Our Lane was 15/hr or 10/hr with membership. The staff inspected our manafactured ammo and allowed us to use the one designated range they had for our AR-15 with .223 ammo. We were there an hour and a half and all went well although it was a bad day to be a paper target. I will return for more fun with Silver Bullet Shooting Range. January 4th2009 — Day 8: I returned on a Sunday at high noon and there was a 2 hour wait. I did not stay. If I return on the weekend I will get there when they open at 10 am.
