This store is on point. Immediately greeted and helped and out of the store in under 10 minutes. Super friendly nice guys. I won’t waste my time at any other store.

Went in to upgrade my phone to the new iPhone 6S. Phil, the manager, checked me in with a pleasant smile and friendly manners.
The wait for assistance was a little long. There were many customers ahead of me, though, so I understand.
Justin helped me with my upgrade. He was thorough about checking through my family’s Verizon account, comparing prices for our plan, and explaining the different buying options for the iPhone. If you can request someone to help you, I highly suggest Justin: He has a great personality with an excellent sense of humor! He’s both quick with his wit and his service.
Walked away with the best deal and a shiny new iPhone 6S!

I also don’t understand the negative reviews about this store. Stopped in considering buying a new phone, and our associate Eric was super helpful. He explained all of our options and answered all our questions honestly even about our options of buying a phone elsewhere. He was not pushy in any way and by looking at our service plan and working with us for over 30 mins he was able to give us a great deal that ended in a new phone purchase and a happy customer. This is how sales should happen.

I am a bit surprised by all the poor reviews for this location. I had a pleasant experience and was quite impressed with the clerk. We needed to return a new smartphone that was defective. He replaced the phone with no hassle. He was patient and answered all of our questions.
The store was busy, but we’ll staffed. I would have no problem returning to this location.

If you could do zero stars I would. After triple checking with the salesman that our monthly bill would not increase after upgrading our phones, I get our new bill and it is $ 70 more then what we were paying. After being on the phone with Verizon for an hour and a half my situation was not resolved whatsoever. I now feel like he lied and answered my questions with answers I wanted to hear just to close the deal. Extremely bad business Verizon.

There are employees who I am sure could help but instead go around and socialize with other employees while I just stand here, when I first walked in I had to find someone to log me into they’re waiting list, so fifteen minutes I still stand and they try not to look your way to avoid awkward eye contact, this will be my last time in this store
All I needed was a car charger, pathetic customer service,

I am a big fan of the iPhones, and have been for a long time. They do not have the best battery life, but they work really smoothly and well. Good apps.
In fact, when my iPhone 5 had problems making calls with the sim card switched out multiple times, they were nice enough out of a courtesy to send me a new iPhone 5 for no charge.
However, apparently about ¼th of the new iPhone 5S devices out of the box show the wireless icon as if they WERE connected to a wi-​fi, but they ARE NOT CONNECTED TO WI-​FI. As a result, the new iPhone 5S used 5 GB of data in a single day when restoring from an iCloud backup (not kidding). We thought it was on Wi-​Fi all day, but must have been using celluar data. It seems that a clearing of network settings made this better, but I am still suspicious.
The Verizon folks at the store were not helpful in assisting the user to backup from iCloud. Hope you get this crappy problem resolved right away and train your employees better.

I have litterally been waiting for an hour for help and there ads two clerks just socializing while half helping one customer. in the entire hour I’ve been here I’ve seen that all the clerks have been helping the same people all day. the other clerks are just standing around not doing anything. and if that wasn’t enough when I got there the music was blasting so we turned it down and the clerk that was just standing around turned it right back up. I will never return to this store.

Horrible service. Funny how when I wanted to buy a verizon network extender they rushed to sell it to me but when it didn’t work, they charged me $ 30 to restock and I have to wait 30 min to do it. Unreal
I wish I could give this store a negative rating. The customer service is horrible and I learned first hand that it starts with the management at that store. The manager or perhaps assistant manager was about as rude and condescending as any person in retail sales that I have ever met. He wore a name tag that said Davis and was completely NOT interested in providing service or keeping me as a Verizon customer. I ended up calling the Verizon 800 customer support number and got everything worked out. I have to say I am a long term Verizon customer and have generally been treated well by the company and that’s the only reason I didn’t move to another provider My recommendation is to stay as far away from this store as possible.
