This place just needed another review after yet, after another experience here… Either they are up your butt the entire time you’re shopping or they ignore you all together. I have MANY years of retail experience behind me and MANY different stores… I know what it’s like to do things on the floor like stock & planograms, but you can’t do those and ignore your customers while working on other tasks. I had my birthday coupon to spend yesterday and I saw the scarves were buy 1, get one free… I happened to score one on clearance. Were they all like that? If I got a second clearance one, would I get one free? No one greeted me nor asked if I had questions this time. No acknowledgement at all. And again… three customers, and myself lingered around the cash register till a staff member made their way back there. And what is it with cashiers not THANKING customers??? The girls at the Lombard location were so much better… Bolingbrook too, I think I’ll make my way to those locations to do my shopping despite this location being super convenient for me!

Oh for the love of… Belts are how much? That was me. I’ve been into a few CC locations and never loved anything enough to buy it. But I was killing time the other day, so I figured, why not check it out again. I wound up finding no less than 8 belts for less than $ 15! Who needs that many belts, you may ask? Me, honey, because my belt game is legendary. True story. I also saw quite a few dresses that almost became mine. Almost because they just didn’t fit so great. Charming Charlie is worth a browse.

This is like THE place in this small mall(Town Square) that has accessories of almost every kind, in every color, and in every size. From super teeny tiny to big and proud. Everything is pretty cheaply priced, so if you don’t want to spend a lot, this is your place to be. However, you aren’t going to be paying for quality. But definitely worth a visit! If you are looking for something, you will more than likely find it here. :)

Love! You can get lost in here. Accessories by color with a variety of prices and tastes. I walked it to «look», then walked out with a dress AND necklace UNDER $ 30!!!

Great accessory store. Prices are fairly inexpensive but the jewelry is pretty good quality. They have some clothing and scarves & shoes, but the focus is definitely on jewelry. The staff is generally helpful but check out can get kinda backed up.

This is the same as other Charming Charlies that I have visited. Big displays of accessories sorted by color. This is a big store and it’s very clean and organized. The staff was very helpful as well. They have more than jewelry here, they have shoes, scarves, shirts, purses, reading glasses and lanyards that I could see. Everything is inexpensively priced, so I don’t expect it to stand up well over time. I know this kind of spot is the big rage these days, but I’m more a fan of a smaller place where I can find things without picking through so much stuff. Sorry Charlie!

This is a brand new accessory shop, only open for a couple of months. It’s very clean and tidy — as with the other locations, everything is organized by color. They have shoes, scarves, and the usual jewelry gamut, but also purses, jewelry storage and also some clothing. It sort of reminds me of a much more expanded Francesca’s almost. Friendly employees — I was asked if I needed help several times and not really bothered too much after that, which I appreciate. Pieces are on the cheaper side and definitely more trendy than anything else — I think a lot of the items are for single season use for the most part. In general, it’s almost disorienting with all the items arranged by color and it’s easy to get lost and spend a lot of time wandering. Good for cute little tidbits and nice folks manning the ship.
