Horrible.horrible.horrible…they ruined my cake cutter and are not willing to pay for it. What kind of business ruins clients objects and doesn’t reimburse them… They claim that my wife is at fault because she accepted the engraving at the sight with very very poor lighting. If you are reading this stay away from these people.
