Just went back to troubleshoot an issue with my iphone and was once again blown away by the customer service. This is the only place i go with phone issues/​repairs.

Absolutely amazing! They were able to fix the cracked screen on my Samsung Galaxy S4 and even jazzed it up by offering me a fuchsia front cover instead of the original white. I did a lot of research prior to stopping into the store and they definitely have the best deal. Other places charge nearly $ 200. However, Cyberion makes ballin’ on a budget a little bit easier by offering reasonable rates and excellent customer service. I would recommend this place to anyone who is in need of a screen repair.

The place was easy to find, a few stores from the entrance to the mall. The set-​up inside the store looked slightly sketchy, but that was made up by great customer service. I was able to walk-​in and get my iPhone screen replaced in about 40 minutes for $ 99. I did not have to make an appointment. The employee was kind enough to try to save my previous screen protector, but it was shattered with my old screen. He tried to up-​sale with a new protector and case, but I politely declined. You can find the same stuff on eBay for 75% less. Overall, had a great experience, and would recommend this place to my friends.

Quick fast, service. Phone repaired while I shopped at the mall. Great customer service and price is fair. Satisfied customer.

Cyberion was fast and helpful fixing a cracked iphone 5c screen. Good services, fast, open Sunday too which was a bonus. Didn’t give 5 stars because I don’t think it was a great deal but I don’t feel like I was robbed either… pretty much the going rate for repairing this phone. I would definitely recommend.

Cyberion has been super helpful when I needed to use them. They fixed my iPhone screen and even helped reconnect a wire that came loose when I dropped it. Friendly fast service and reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

Unhelpful. Can only fix specifically iPhone and iPad products. Not rude, just unskilled to tackle any computer product. So only go if you have an apple product.

There are two locations for this business and I am writing specifically about the Wheaton Mall location.
My wife cracked the screen on her iPhone 4s and we took it here for repairs in August 2012. The phone was repaired and looked great, we were pleased. It cost $ 125, which is pretty steep, but better than the $ 4/​500n it would have cost to repair otherwise.
Unfortunately, after a period of about 2 months, the screen on her iPhone became insanely sensitive, to the point where she couldn’t hold the phone to her cheek without hanging up on someone or accidentally dialing my brother or her cousin or Texas… the whole state. So we took the phone back in December.
To their credit, they replaced the screen and did not charge us for the repair even though we were technically beyond the 60 day limit. Of course, had they not done that this review would have been 1 star with a flaming turd at the end (whatever emoticon that is). But, all told, a positive experience and I would recommend them. Check back in two months to see if that still holds.
