Top Doctor, but Carol up front makes it too painful. She’s so compartmentalized, and fixated on her routine, that she singlehandedly makes a neurologist office a numbingly painful slog. Ironically, Dr. Eckmann is a great guy, and very gifted as a diagnostic doctor. If you’ve got a pinched nerve, MS, etc… he’s the man. But Carol lowers the bar, making each visit as painful as your symptoms that require a doctor in the first place.
Maybe she could take that correspondence course in medical office management, or just employ some basic emotional intelligence.
