Most uncomfortable and awkward experience ever. While the two men at the front desk were friendly, they were also overly chatty and prying. One of them even asked me why I was coming for a massage. The therapist, Michael, was overly confident and frankly had poor technique. He was very abrupt and rough with his hand placement. I’ve never had a massage where someone just repeatedly went back and forth over every single knot in my back. He was very awkward and unprofessional when approaching massaging an area close to my gluts, and then told me that he would«promise» to fix my knee problem, which is chronic and only remedied by surgery. He boldly stated that he was now MY therapist and wanted to see me once a month. I will never go back to elements. While I’m sure they do have some quality therapists, I’m just not willing to waste my money finding out.

Well this was quite an awkward experience overall. Not sure how to shorten this story but I’ll try. While waiting in the waiting area for my massage one of the masseuses came out from the back hallway and looked right at me and gave me an extremely odd look, then looked at the two people behind the reception desk and went back into the hallway. The two people behind the reception desk then went back there with him and they all started laughing. A few minutes later a young female masseuse came out from the back hallway, peeked around the door to look at me, and then went back into the hallway. I was so uncomfortable, embarrassed(for who knows what reason), and angry I turned beet red. I was so tempted to get up and leave, I wanted to so bad, but I was so uncomfortable I just couldn’t move. 20 minutes after my massage was supposed to start I finally went into the room with my masseuse and had a very very long conversation about my headaches(which I now regret putting on my info card). I had other areas other than my neck and head that needed attention, which I tried to mention, but didn’t get much attention at all. I haven’t had many massages in my life, but this was on the bottom of my list. The masseuse I had was bashing chiropractors even though he apparently works for one, and making himself out to be a miracle worker, which he was far from. I never write reviews, but I had to. The people I told this story to insisted that I do. I’m not saying everyone will have similar experience, but I will never go back there again.

Still looking for that great massage that will bring me back. Michael was good, don’t get me wrong, but it wasn’t memorable. I would love to find a massage therapist that I want to get a second massage from.

I have had many massages at many different places in many different states of the USA and Elements stacks up well. The people at the front desk were very nice, friendly and helpful. My massage therapist, Debbie, was great! I will definitely be back, especially because they have a Wellness Program that offers discounts. I’m in!!!

I’m not sure how to rate this place. I’m an extremely awkward person to begin with, so the fact that I was getting a massage was weird in the first place. The guy at the desk and my therapist, Debbie, were really nice. I was just imagining a massage on my back and neck, but she worked my arms, head, chest, and legs. The latter was fine, but I felt like there wasn’t enough emphasis on my back/neck(my sore parts). Debbie did tell me that I had the tightest back she had ever worked with, so I guess #winning?(Thanks Chaz Sheen). I had a groupon for this place, so I used it. I don’t know if other places are better, or worse. Facility was clean, service was prompt, and staff was friendly.

I had a massage a few weeks ago. The directions the receptionist gave me really confusing directions when I made the appointment — basically it is in Town Square shopping plaza next to Charming Charlies. My appointment was at 5PM… I waited until 5:20 for my therapist. She said the program that let her know I was there wasn’t working; however, if she knew she had an appointment she should have come up front after a while to see if I was there! The massage was good, but it was freezing in there! After the massage I got up as quickly as possible to get dressed and left because I was so cold. Before my massage the receptionist told me about their monthly program and I was SUPER tempted to sign up, but after the massage I reconsidered. Overall, decent massage but a few issues that make me try another spa or Elements location.

I went to elements for my very first massage and it was absolutely phenomenal. The service was beyond excellent and everyone was so nice. They made sure to ask if I had any areas that I had trouble with and offered to help. The massage therapist was able to work on my target areas and she offered advice on how to control my migrane headaches. They offer a great deal and I signed up for a membership right away. Great business!!!
