I got dragged here by the teenager. He wanted to get the same shoes as one of his buddies on the basketball team. Ok, he needed new shoes anyway. He picked them out and guess what, they didn’t have his size. Now I’m no rocket scientist, but I thought size 10 was a pretty common size so either they had a run on these shoes or they never had enough in stock. So they offered to order them and have them delivered to my house. I mentioned that FL online had some discount going and asked if I could get that. The saleslady told me ok, but what if I wouldn’t have asked? She didn’t even recommend a size to order, just asked what I thought would be good. We got our shoes a week later, in a shoebox with a plastic packing bag around it. Maybe I’m spoiled by the packing by Zappos, but when the bag was open and the shoebox ready to fallout, I wasn’t happy. I went to the store because we didn’t know what size to get, they were useless in figuring it out and I had to order anyway. Next time I’ll take my chances online!
