If I could give this place no stars I would. First of all, when we got to our table it hadn’t even been cleared off from the previous customers. We finally had to ask after 10 minutes of sitting there if they could clear it off. Someone came over and cleared everything but didn’t reset the table. Then another 15 minutes went by and we finally got water. Another 15 minutes we were brought bread. Finally after about 45 minutes of waiting…4 people were seated next to us. They were asked their drink order right away. After an hour of sitting there. We finally gave up and left. Sorry I can’t review their food, but the service was so bad you couldn’t pay me to eat there.

CLOSED5÷8÷2007 Supposed to reopen with new owners 6÷1÷2007 A new restaurant in downtown Wheaton! Can you sense the excitement? This takes over the spot where 120 Ocean Place was(they moved to Glen Ellyn) and it’s a great location with a FENCEDINPATIO! Now when it was 120 Ocean Place, that fenced in patio had something that no other restaurant in downtown Wheaton had — OUTSIDEDRINKINGOFALCOHOLALLOWED! Yes, they are major pricks about it at other restaurants, but somehow you could do it here. I can only hope that the tradition has carried on. I was there for lunch with the parents and somehow forgot to ask about it. The fare on the menu was pretty much your standards for lunch — big sandwiches, burgers, salads, each about $ 9. It includes slaw, french fries or sweet potato fries. Everything we got was yummy. The sweet potato fries are delicious! The service was mixed. When we first got there several people were falling all over us, then it was like they all thought the other person was helping us and we had to wave someone down. Getting refills on our iced tea was a major chore. I have heard of similar problems with service at dinner time. You can only hope it’s a kink that needs to be worked out. So with summer upon us and nice weather, I’ll be tipping back a few on that fenced in patio. I can’t wait!
