Good service but the place is dirty. It needed to be better take care of. Once its cleaned it should be a better place to sit down and eat.

They served me a tender with rotten chicken in it. Then they questioned me when I brought it back in. I emailed corporate and they never got back to me. I never even got an apology.

The biscuit was horrible. No grape jelly. No comment on their speed as I was the only one in the drive thru. I wouldn’t go out of my way to come to this location. Food tastes better elsewhere.

With a backyard full of hungry girls that my granddaughter invited to stay for dinner, and neither adult wanting to cook, a bucket of chicken and some sides sounded like the perfect solution to the problem. We picked KFC because it’s convenient to our house but also because they offer a better and somewhat healthier selection of side dishes than most fast food places. Husband arrived back home with a ton of mixed fried and grilled chicken, double mac and cheese, green beans, baked beans, corn on the cob(which was surprisingly good), biscuits, and a container full of fruit juice. Two adults and 4 children feasted for dinner and we have more than enough for everyone to have lunch today. It was all reasonably good and a nice change from pizza or carry-out Chinese. And for feeding a crowd it was a bargain. My husband said the service is not always the fastest but unless you’re in a terrible hurry it’s not a big problem. This place had sort of fallen off my radar but after last night I think I’ll add it to my «I’m not cooking tonight» list when I just want some basic American food.

Worst service ever. Spent 20 minutes in the drive through lane with only two cars in front of me for a bean burrito. The car in front of me got tired of waiting and left – leaving me to explain to the person at the window that I was the one who ordered burritos and not the full chicken meal. If it weren’t so close to home, I would never come here. It might actually be faster to drive to Aspen Hill than wait for these folks to bother waiting on you, though. Half a star.

At my last drive-thru order, they forgot two items from my order(we noticed one before driving away). I’m definitely not coming back here again; there are better KFC locations.

Like the previous commenter said, this place is painfully slow. I’ve been stuck in the drive through for as long as 40 minutes. Why wait? Because I was wedged between two cars, and there wasn’t enough room to get out. Last night I stopped in for a bean burrito. Simple, right? I ended up at home with a cold and disgusting cheesy bean and rice burrito. How hard is it? I know these people are making next to nothing working in a pit, but it isn’t rocket science.
