Dr. Oswald is the best! Not only is she wonderful but all the nurses and staff are amazing. I recently had to get a blood draw and I was terrified and they made it quick, comfortable and painless for me.

Dr. Oswald came recommended to me through a friend, and I was almost totally disappointed with the service that was provided. Almost totally disappointed because of the service (s) received by her nurse, Oscar, were excellent, very professional, and courteous. Dr. Oswald saw me 45 minutes after our scheduled appointment, and during that appointment I felt «rushed», and she appeared disinterested. Upon leaving I had 4 referrals to other doctors, and I had to go downstairs from her office for an x-​ray, and was told her office would call a few days afterwards with the radiologists results. After 1 week of not receiving a call back, I called the office, spent a considerable amount of time waiting for a nurse to speak with, and after being connected with me she told me if I wanted the actual films I would have to come in and sign for them, but she said the written report showed nothing significant, however I requested the report be faxed to one of the doctors that I was referred to. That report was never transmitted to that doctor, but oddly enough my insurance company received the bill for $ 350.00 for the x-​ray. I received her bill too which I feel is exorbitant for the service provided. Needless to say I will not go back.

Dr. Oswald is by far the best doctor out there. I hate that I’ve had to see other doctors since I’ve moved to California… Fortunately, I do tread back to the midwest and have the ability to see Dr. Oz– if I had the choice I wouldn’t see another doc for the rest of my days here…
