Well Done!!! Honest working employees yes they tried to sell me tired and services, but I politely told them I didn’t need them. And they were very respectful and they did exactly what I needed. Made me a happy customer, and I’ll be purchasing my next set of tires there for sure!!!

Do not go here. The $ 20 oil change special is bogus. They will only change the oil and then they will find something to try to sell you. They «found» a nail in my tire after telling me my tires were fine. Then they wouldn’t patch it, but they would sell me knock off Japanese tires.
I had to go to Firestone to get the service I needed.
When I gave my customer service survey the manager was rude and dismissive. Go to Firestone or another place for service.

I’ve gone to this shop a few times due to good oil change deals but I was almost scammed out of a $ 400 – 500 repair that was «critical». I’m glad I went to another shop to get a second opinion because nothing needed to be fixed. Needless to say I will be avoiding this location and my gut feeling to avoid big chain auto shops has been restored.

I purchased tires two years ago from this NTB location. These were my second set on my Toyota Tundra that I have purchased from them. The last time I was really bad at getting regular rotation, so this time I was very diligent in getting regular rotation on the tires. After I got the new tires put on in 2013, the first time I drove on a highway there was major vibration in the steering wheel. I took it back to NTB and they balanced it better. Well this happened three more times. When I would get my tires rotated, there would be major steering wheel vibration. So I made it a habit of telling the tech to make sure this doesn’t happen. A year after the tires were installed they told me I need to pay for another tire alignment, because the tires were showing slightly uneven wear. So I paid for that a second time hoping that would fix it. Well on my most recent visit the tires were VERY worn on the back of the truck. I went in to talk to the manager thinking they would warranty the tires out because they rated for 50k miles and they had 30k on them and because of the install issues and what I believe was improper alignment issues. The manager couldn’t even find the receipt in the computer. I had to show it to him. I could tell he didn’t want to be helpful with this issue. After much arguing he agreed to give me 30% discount on the tires, but the tires were 20% higher in price then the first time I purchased. I asked him if he could give me a 30% discount of the original priced I paid. He would not.- he even tried to blame the shocks and then told me that I am supposed to get my wheels aligned every 7−8k miles! Its amazing how they will give you a discount on a purchase of 4 tires, but when it comes to warranty they are not flexible on anything. I have purchased 8 sets of tires in the past 8 years for all my fleet vehicles. I will never shop at NTB again. They don’t stand behind there workmanship. Run from this place!

This is my go to place for car repairs. I have also purchased tires for both my cars here. Both times have gone smooth and no other place I looked at could beat their prices. The managers and employees have always been friendly. I trust them based on the good relationship we have developed. My wife likes this place too, and she’s hard to please!

I have dealt with this NTB since the day it opened. I have had my shocks and struts worked on my minivan, my timing belt and water pump on my honda and numerous oil changes. They have always been courteous and honest in dealing both with me and members of my family who have had car work done. I always have them rotate my tires on oil changes and do a very good job of it. They are usually busy when I go on Saturday so other’s must be using them as well for work.
I have had nothing but good experiences with them and will continue to let them work on all my cars.

Really shady people. Had my tire patched for $ 23 only to wake up the next day to find it flat on the ground again. Went to them the next day and after rechecking, they «found three extra nails» and told me I’m better of buying a new tire because it costs $ 52 to fix it. Why they did not tell me this from the first time after paying $ 23 I do not know, horrible service! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! TRUST ME, STAY AWAY!!!

Had my winter wheels and tires shipped here. They called me when they arrived, and swapped out my summers for the new winters quickly with no appointment necessary. Price was good, and an employee even laid down some plastic in the backseat of my car and bagged the summers so I wouldn’t get any grime in the backseat.
All around pleasant experience. Glancing at the other reviews, I can’t help but feel like an outlier.

This place is a joke. Wasted 5 hours and they still couldn’t put on my winter tires. I don’t have an american car but this should be no excuse. They couldn’t figure out how to use a universal key to take off my tires. You specialize in tires??? Don’t waste your time with this place.

Before the day that im writing about, I did and would have recommended this place, but after that day never again! I have gone to NTB a few times before and really enjoyed it, seemed fair and seemed like good service. I have even had my fiancée take her car in too, but they must have gotten rid of those people and hired new people because it was the complete opposite! I had tried a few times throughout the day to schedule an oil change online but the website didn’t load, so I called in instead. They took my name, number and what I wanted done and told me what times they had open. I picked the 2 o’clock time. I arrived at 1:55 and walked in, I told the guy behind the counter that I had the 2 o’clock appointment and he told me that he had just sent EVERYONE to lunch, at the same time? He said that they got swamped and that they all had to take a lunch. Now I have worked in retail for well over 10 years, and we too had to take lunches before a certain time as not to get in trouble. But we where smart enough to not all go at the same time, wouldn’t you think that if you where that busy to start sending people at different times so something like this would not happen? Its stupid! And you had my phone number, couldn’t you have called me to tell me that something happened to my appointment? So the guy at the counter then told me that there was only him and one other guy there at that time and the other guy was working on tires and that he himself doesn’t work on the cars because as he says «they don’t pay me enough to do that». What a crock of crap! I will never go to NTB again and I will tell everyone never to go there as well. the only reason i even gave them a 1 star is because you have to give them a star.

Next day edit — up 1 star to 2. They didn’t overtighten the lug nuts like many shops do. That’s definitely worth a star back. Always good to check for this. You don’t want to on the road with a flat and not be able to get the lug nuts off with your emergency kit.
Watch your wallet. I guess I am the 0.1% customer that they didn’t expect. I’ve done my own alignments for racing, so I know pretty much what is going on. They pushed for checking my alignment due to the 4 oz of wheel weights to spin balance They blamed it on the wheels. I told them I had no balance issues before (and my tires couldn’t have been any more evenly worn!). But I was like, fine, since they weren’t talking about charges (yet). Then they came back and were recommending alignment changes due to one side being out of spec for toe. I looked at the readings. ‘Total’ toe was well within spec. And I know that I have never had an issue of the steering being offset. I asked them how they got their reference, since I am used to ‘total’ toe being the primary issue (not left/​right). All I got was a dumb look and they repeated the same line. I told them not to do it, and from then on I was just steamed that I chose this place.
If your previous tires were wearing evenly and your wheel has been straight, don’t let them even put it on the alignment rack. You’re just asking to be relieved of $ 90.
