Great mall with a little bit of everything with out having to head to the busy mall. The Express and Victoria Secret are always popular. As well as Warrens Ale House, Starbucks and Nothing Bunt Cakes. Parking on the inside or outside of the circle. Most stores have an entrance from either parking lot. Red Mango frozen yoghurt!!! Patio open for the summer!

I do like this small, outdoor mall. It has a nice variety of businesses and eateries. Over time it has lost some great tenants; like Barnes & Noble, Red Robin, and Mikasa, but some favorites still have stores here. Parking is easiest in the outer lots, don’t think the only spots are the ones located within the circle of the stores. Be aware that the rear entrance to what housed Barnes & Noble is now closed and you have to walk all the way around to get to the stores. The other location to cut through is still where Egg’lectic Café is located.

My friends in the area call this Danada Square, though I like to think of this area as different, hence the name«Town Square» and Danada Square is just south of this shopping area. My biggest tip is — if you’re coming here to shop during peak times, especially the weekend afternoon, don’t even bother driving around and around and around that circle looking for parking — just use the outside lots on either side(north and south) and you’re bound to find a close parking spot with minimal walking. There are a few stores in here I like to hit up all at the same time — Francescas, Bath and Body Works, and Charming Charlie. Parking is always decent here, so are the crowds — though to hit up other stores like IN Danada Square you will have to get in your car and drive there. There are also places I’d like to visit in the near future like Anything Bundt Cakes, and Emmetts Ale House. Odds are you may have driven PAST this gem of a shopping area not realizing all the goodness inside so definitely go there, it makes shopping easy!

It’s an outdoor mall that has been around forever. I miss when they had a Red Robin and a Sam Goody. RIP Memories of shopping with mom! The reason I took two stars off? Nothing special… besides trying to find a parking spot on the inside of the actual«town square»…you miss one… go around… and around… ANDDAMNSOMEONETOOKIT! Noodles and Company, McDonald’s, Domo 77, and Outback Steakhouse all in the area if you’re hungry! I know you are now!

Wheaton Town Square is also known as Danada(pronounced DAN-ay-duh), named after the couple, Dan and Ada, who originally had a farm there. It’s a nice, small, upscale outdoor mall. If you’re not familiar with the area, driving around can be a bit tricky — especially during construction. But the mall itself, its drive, and its parking are in a circle with Potbelly Sandwiches in the middle. I generally come here for the Lens Crafters, as it has one of the locations with better customer service. Wheaton also has a lower retail tax rate than many other surrounding suburbs. During the summer, you can also find many craft fairs and farmers markets in the area. Love!

Town square used to have the clothing store american eagle, and there would always be teenage girls running around. Since the American eagle closed, town square has become an adult oriented, nice Shopping center.

Town square is a very nice shopping center, and its never crowded. Sadly, thats part of the problem. A lot of the shops are empty, or contuinly close and reopen into something else. Many of the favorites have left because of rent issues. But this is still a very nice mall, with many unique shops. If you are in the area you don’t want to miss this.

How was no reviewed this gem yet? I was just at the Town Square Mall in Wheaton on Sunday. It has been a few weeks since my last trip and I noticed that Francesca’s(chick store with lots of affordable dresses and jewels) is now open. I love this outdoor mall for its quaint, laid back atmo. If you are used to the Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg — this place might seem more like a library to you. I rarely see screaming kids. And there are no oversized, plastic hamburger and hotdog for them to climb on. Thank Gah! I did see signs that said the mall is now Wi-Fi accessible. Not that I usually bring my laptop with me on I-gotta-get-a-new-purse-run, but hey, next time I just might. They have some great outdoor seating outside Potbelly. It has the staple stores like Banana, Gap, and Express but also a few I have never heard of like The Perfect Thing, a consignment boutique. Caution — it is small so if you are on the hunt for something specific you might want to widen your net. But if you are in the mood for a Starbucks and a casual stroll, this is your place.
