Not only does Dick’s do superior work (I had some pretty nasty damage to 2 of my Acura RDX doors) but also their prices are incredibly reasonable and their staff, especially the shop manager Smiley, are great. They worked overtime to get my car fixed quickly (a day early!) and they kept me updated with their progress. Would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing body work on their car.

These guys are very professional and very friendly. They did some body work on my Volvo S80, after my daughter’s parking job went wrong. The body was restored to a perfect condition, you can’t even tell there was any work done on the car. Very high quality of work!
On the service side, they’ve explained to me how the insurance process will work. They even helped me get a car rental from local Enterprise and they called Enterprise and had them come out and pick me up.
Highly recommended!

Probably the most honest auto repair shop ever. My work takes their fleet cars there so I started using them about 3 years ago. They are the ONLY auto place I’ve ever gone to that has actually passed on repairs cos there weren’t needed. (you know the drill that Jiffy Lubes or Firestones pull on you, where you go in for an oil change and then they try and sell you $ 500 worth of stuff)… They have been working on my truck exclusively and are always the cheapest when I do estimates and they always fix what is needed and never upsell me. The guys working there are friendly and helpful as well… I really can’t say enough about these guys. if you live in Wheeling, take your car here!
