The screen on my iPhone 5s was shattered and the Apple Store would take 3 – 5 days, which doesn’t work for me. So glad I found these guys on Unilocal!The 30 min drive was worth it, they are super fast (30 min and there were people before me) and do great work. Got a free case and screen protector with Unilocal check in. Much cheaper than I thought. Thank you! I will be back with all my repairs.

I broke my phone just the other day jumping up and down and it fell out my pocket. Shattered the top part of the screen. I found their rating on Unilocal and decided to go since it stated they were fast with service. I walked in and I was greeted like I’ve been a regular customer, which was nice. Not at all pretentious. Both guys in the counter assisted me with my phone. Answered questions and are very knowledgable. They even threw in a free phone accessory for being a new customer. They fixed my screen and gave a one year warranty. So no matter what if the screen doesn’t work, I can come back.
Only thing was, and it’s not at all their fault. Google maps led me to a different place than their actual location. So if this happens to you, do not get deterred. Service will compensate for Google or Siri not directing you properly.
Service only took 15−30mins for screen fix.

Outstanding service, price, and customer service is what this business is all about. My wife dropped her iPhone 6 and the screen cracked and it needed replacing ASAP. After calling my local AT&T store they referred me here. 30 minutes after arrival the phone was in brand new mint condition. This place is the bomb!

My dad recommended this place to me. I kept dropping my phone and so the touchscreen started popping out and acting up. Came in during the weekend and got a new screen with a free case. I don’t want to have to come back again (gonna be more careful with my phone haha!) but this will be my go-​to place :) fyi I have an iPhone 5c

Cheapest place in the NW burbs to get your cracked iPhone fixed but the replacement screens break easily. They fixed my ridiculously destroyed screen and ripped off home button – this ran me $ 115. This also included a free case and screen protector. The whole repair took about 20 minutes. I would recommend anyone I know to get their phones or tablets fixed here. Theres a TV and drinks for purchase if you get bored without having a phone. Also… A fish tank for some added ambiance

Thaaaaaank you Unilocalers for showing me this place! I got an iPhone 6 less than a week ago and — stupidly — dropped it directly onto concrete 2 days after I got it. Needless to say, it shattered. The front was completely shattered (the back is spotless/​scratchless) and I was NOT happy. I had to decide between shelling out $ 200 to Verizon for a refurbished phone or repair the screen. Thanks to the Unilocal reviews of this place (and the fact that it’s literally around the corner from my house) I decided to take it there to get it repaired. The guy who helped me said $ 100, about 30 minutes. And that’s exactly what happened. I am sooo thankful. My phone looks brand new and is working perfectly. I’d recommend this to anyone.
Oh, and buy a case for your phone. A good one.

Sandro is an excellent technician. They do not charge you for evaluation. They are very affordable. My iPhone screen burned out. They thoroughly tested everything and determined that the phone is unfixable, due to a motherboard issue. They did not charge me for the hour spent taking the phone apart and evaluating the problem. Their prices are very affordable for their repairs and they have quick service.

Went here to fix the broken screen on my iPhone 5c. The staff were very friendly and efficient. I got a great deal on the repair (only $ 80!!) and it was done in 20 min, just as they said it would. They also threw in a screen protector and case at no extra charge. I will definitely return if I need repairs in the future.

This is my go to place for my phone repairs. My toddler seems to think my phone is one of her toys.

It took them less than 15 minutes to replace glass on my iPhone 5s.
Also got free screen protector attached and free case.
Comparing to apple store prices it’s 70% off and you do get 1 year warranty.
What else could I ask for.

Gotta give these people a double thumbs up. I had my doubts about coming all the way from the city when there’s a million shops here to do repairs, but I was told u can’t beat their prices. So, I took my beat up 4s in to see because I wanted to clean it up b4 selling it, and I was pleasantly surprised with the service and the price. All in all, they’ll definitely see my face again, thanks guys!

I freaked out when I dropped my iPhone 5s and cracked my screen and bent my phone I called around and everyone was much higher in price and I needed to leave my phone and come back in a few hours this place was very nice and professorial when I called and recommended a promo that fixed my phone in 15 minutes while I waited they also bent my phone back to shape at no extra charge I am very greatful and happy I called this place I would highly recommend this location to everyone

I called this location prior to coming in to check on the price to repair a cracked screen on my galaxy s4. They confirmed that my lcd and touch screen were working prior to the price quote. The man told me it would be $ 80 plus tax. I confirmed the address and came in 2 days later. They told me it would cost $ 200 because they don’t repair the glass alone and they would have to replace the entire front. When I told the guy this is very different than what I was previously told, he said «Maybe you called a different place». As already stated I confirmed the location with the guy prior to coming in.
This place is a scam. They do not repair what they say they can repair. I would suggest not using them.

From the stores response, they continue to lie and accuse their customers of being stupid and not knowing what phone they have. I know I do not have an iphone and clearly stated to them on the phone that I enquiring about a Samsung S4. I even called them this morning to confirm they had just the glass as the rest of screen is OK and they told me yes. When I got there, they told me they don’t do just the glass. Lies. …

Friendly staff, fair prices, and quick repairs. I’m very happy with my experience there and would recommend them to anyone who needs an iPhone repaired. They did a great job fixing my phone, guaranteed the fix for a year, and even threw in a new case!

This store is the BEST for cell phones and service. The owner, Sandro is fantastic. He can help you with any problem you have. Selection is great, handles all the major carriers. My beloved Evo suffered a fall onto a tile floor, and the housing was cracked. Not good!
I received repair quotes from several other places, including Sprint ($ 150) and a really highly rated place in Skokie ($ 89).
I had seen this place driving by on Milwaukee — it’s in a sad little strip mall in one of the rougher areas of Wheeling, but I decided to take a chance just to see what they have to offer. I walked in, and felt like I entered a worm hole back to 1997 — they had neon signs on the wall advertising GTE and Nextel carriers, as well as Audiovox phones. Also, the place was very full — there were probably 10 other customers in this very small store. At least three of them were getting the same model of phone fixed.
However, the line moved quickly, and the bilingual employee got to me rather fast. After a quick look over my phone, they offered to fix it for less than half of any of the other quotes I got. Score! Also, he said he could do it right then, whereas the other repair places quoted me anywhere from overnight to one week turnaround.
20 minutes later, my phone looked good as new — they did a great job. The next time that I inadvertently drop my phone (because it will happen), I’ll head here first.
Also, if you’re looking for a new cell phone or phone plan, it appears that they’re an authorized Tmobile and Sprint dealer, and also carry a variety of different burn phones.
